The More You Sit the Faster You Die
The faster you die, the better you feel!
New evidence suggests … that the more hours a day you sit, the greater your likelihood of dying an earlier death regardless of how much you exercise or how lean you are. That’s right: Even a sculpted six-pack can’t protect you from your chair.
Uh oh! But wait — what about the people who not only sit all the time but ALSO don’t exercise? What about those people? Personally, I bet they’ll live the longest, because they stay so still and keep so low to the ground that death just passes them by. [Title via]
